We offer Free Shipping based on your delivery location and order total.
Please refer to the map above to determine the minimum purchase required for free shipping in your state.

Free Shipping Thresholds by Zone:

  • Red states: Free Shipping on orders over $1,500

  • Blue states: Free Shipping on orders over $2,500

  • Brown states: Free Shipping on orders over $3,500

Free Shipping Conditions

Free shipping is valid only for commercial delivery addresses and does not include lift-gate service.

The following services and conditions are not included in free shipping and will be billed separately if applicable:

  • Residential delivery

  • Lift-gate service

  • High-cost service areas

  • Oversize freight

  • Arbitrary or carrier accessorial charges

Items Excluded from Free Shipping

The following items ship at a higher freight class and do not qualify for free shipping:

  • Aluminum & Stainless Steel products (Headache Racks, Tool Boxes, Loading Ramps, etc.)

  • Side Kits

  • Truck and Trailer Tires

  • Lifting Beams

If your order includes any of the items listed above, the website may still display Free Shipping.
In such cases, our team will contact you with a shipping quote before processing the order.

Order Processing & Transit Time

  • Orders ship within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Transit time does not include the order date, weekends, or most holidays.

  • Expedited shipping is available upon request — please contact customer service for details.

Limited Access & Remote Locations

Deliveries to limited access locations (remote areas, islands, military bases, oilfields, etc.) may incur additional carrier surcharges and do not qualify for free shipping.

In some remote locations, carriers may only deliver on certain days of the week, which may cause delays.
If delivery timing is critical, please contact us prior to placing your order.

State Compliance Charges

Any state-mandated compliance fees charged by the carrier are not covered under the Free Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for all such fees.
